It's a perfect example of why KSP should take over all PIU functions for LMPD and all the other departments. The KY Attorney General should do all of KSP's PIU function. Nobody will ever do a good job all the time of investigating their own, especially command. No department anywhere is that clean. Command and their lackeys always end up interfering.
