You stupidly should not ASSUME. Over 1,000 pages of discovery were turned over to both defense attorneys just last week. The prosecutor advised they expected to have more and to not set a trial date. Multiple victims either live out of state and/or the incidents occurred in other states at Explorer competitions, hence the FBI is still involved and along with numerous interviews, subpoenas, etc., these things take time. Please don't apply for a Detective vacancy.
