You're exactly right. I thought the very same thing today. This **** keeps happening. The public needs to be "trained" how to react at the first sign of what they think is fireworks. Guns aren't the problem, unstable people are. The public has got to be so aware of their surroundings, now more than ever. It's a matter of protecting yourself, because 9 times out of 10 there's no stopping a twisted ******* hell bent on committing murder.
