I'd hate to think what would have happened if this was a terror cell with multiple people like they've had in Europe. This should serve as a wake-up call to those who think officers can wait for SWAT when that would lead to massive numbers of additional people being killed. The whole paradigm active shooter responses must be revisited soon.
