Conrad wishes he was qualified to be the chief of Anchorage!! The sad part is that what he is doing is effecting the officers on the street, reputation wise. I've seen more resumes and applications go straight to the shredder because they came from LMPD.. Really hope things get better for my brothers and sisters of LMPD. next year is ELECTION year!
