Surely the Chief's expert legal eagles, Sims and O'Connell, will steer them all away from violating state and federal law. On second thought, they've got nothing. O'Connell will be sure to berate the attorneys on the stand before losing a million or more. It's just taxpayer money after all and the administration's egos have to be stroked!
