The complaining will continue so long as this place is run the way it is. I know there are some new COs and Majors who honestly think it will blow over if everyone keeps a smiley face and spews downtown's viewpoints strongly enough. They're only fooling themselves. It's been going strong since 2003 when Bob White took over and started turning the department into what it is today. Steve C just delivered the final death blows to morale with all of his bad ideas. I don't see the Mayor getting re-elected
