Bardstown Police do the kind of policing that Conrad and most of command are really suited for, which is small country town community police. Major crimes and SWAT situations are handled by the state or county. They have their share of drugs and crime, but Bardstown doesn't have to arrest its way out of its problem since others do that job instead.
