A good pep talk should do them some good.

We could hold a gang arrest contest. First prize is a week off with pay. Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired, or even worse, you're sent back to patrol on latewatch.

Other units should step it up to emulate PIU's eager beavers, even if they do make a few mistakes.

How did this warrant get past PIU, all those attorneys and a judge before the judge figured out the law won't allow it?

Maybe PSU can investigate, and then someone can investigate their investigation, and so on, until there is no one doing any real policing except a handful of rookies.
