That's probably more likely a scar from a lobotomy. She looks nuts. Wonder what her arrest record looks like?

She'd still be in prison, and unable to stab anyone in a pet store, if the ball wasn't completely dropped in 2015 by LMPD and the FBI.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville Metro Police say they arrested a woman Wednesday afternoon after she punched a clerk and threatened to blow up the police property room. The property room is located on Industry Road, near S. 7th Street. Police say that shortly before 3 p.m., 26-year-old Tigist M. Kumsa showed up at the property room asking to pick up property police say they didn't have.

According to the arrest report, Kumsa began yelling at the property room clerks, calling them "racist names" and refusing to leave. Police say she then started screaming, and when they tried to arrest her, she hit one of the clerks, threatening to shoot them.

Kumsa was arrested -- but not before she allegedly informed police that she, "would get guns and bombs to blow up the property room." She also told the arresting officer that she would put a knife in his stomach if only she had one, according to the arrest report. She is charged with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, terroristic threatening and fourth degree assault.
