Metro's in big trouble if O'Connell is really this bad of a trial attorney and the case goes to a jury. He seems to have it in for David Yates. Combined with the fact that he's trying to say the city's not to blame for pedophilia molestation by on-duty officers, just about any jury will hand them the city's whole bank account.
