Someone should investigate the extremely low assessed property value of Greg Fischer's properties. His neighbors are paying far more in property taxes than he is. Of course nobody will. The people in charge use investigations as a hammer to inflict pain on their political enemies. LMPD officers are a political enemy to Fischer's liberal activist political base.

An officer's only recourse is to pull out the 5000 pages of miscellaneous documentation collected over their career and take it to a good lawyer.

What a joke!!!! There was a colonel there in the scene who just retired to take another job out of state. Let's investigate him, but we can't because Conrad knew what was going on. This place is a joke anymore, no wonder Most Guys Are Just Making Their Runs. Cant blame Anyone For Doing That And Only Engaging When It Has To Do With Someone Getting Hurt.
