A man wearing a Black Lives Matter t-shirt and who screamed profanities at officers is accused of shooting up an Indianapolis police officer's house and the officer's marked police car.

"Think about this, this is your home. If there is one place in the world you should always feel safe and your family should feel safe, it's at your home." Police Chief Troy Riggs says 17 rounds were fired from a 9mm handgun. The guy they arrested March Eugene Ratney had just been released on parole.
