Dotson knew how to police. These guys don't. Very simple.

It's not all community brown nosing and pink fluffy unicorns dancing on rainbows handing out ice cream. Somewhere along the way, you must have detectives and patrol hungry to lock up dangerous felons every chance they get. When you have whole platoons laying down and bragging about it, you have a serious problem.

two man cars don't work any better than one man car you just have to police and have a good beat partner that knows what your doing . Hell in the city beats are only a couple of blocks, county beats are 30+ miles. Plus the new patrol vehicles don't accommodate two officers with a computer.
