Ignore the federal judges ordering them to be granted a permit for a protest deemed unsafe too. If the police ignored his order on a weekend, they couldn't have even filed the paperwork in time to get anyone held in contempt. Instead, the whole department laid down on orders of the Mayor and the Chief and 3 people died. Nice going, judge.
