LMPD officer hit by vehicle; 2 arrested

I fail to see how forcing them to walk on the sidewalk instead of the road, in an area they had no permit for, is imposing on their rights. She tried to say the police stopped her because she was going into the east end. She should admit that's a false statement and that she misled her constituents.
