Passive policing has been a boon for the amateur rap industry. Now all those juveniles and convicted felon rappers can use real weapons in their youtube videos. Timid political police chiefs allow them to point rifles at the camera from moving cars on their streets, all in the name of diversity and community relations. It's no surprise that young people being brainwashed by this garbage end up killing people and being killed while living the gang life. You never hear activists talk about that fact.
