LMPD officer suspended for Facebook posts sues chief claiming free speech violation

That's singling out 1 guy in a department where the same applies to dozens, if not hundreds, of other people in the last 20 years. It's all run based on politics not competency. I wouldn't even call this a full service police department anymore either. It's patrol, reactive investigations and little else except on paper like "LMINTEL"

Buckner never wanted to be seen as a "black officer". His entire career he went out of his way to appease the white officers he worked with to make them believe he was color blind. Nothing wrong with being color blind, but black folks like Buckner have a lot of self hate and resentment towards other blacks. White folks will have a hard time understanding such a mindset and will dismiss my theory as racist rambling, but I'm no racist by far. Buckner will punish a black officer more severely because he would believe the black officer hasn't really earned his position. That the black officer cannot work as hard as he has done and the fruits of his hard work have paid off immensely! Sadly, he will be awakened to a nasty reality once he realizes he is only token and those who gave him his breaks see nothing talented in him. He was overrated and I began to hate how people talked him up. Buckner was worthless and lazy!! His health and lack of self discipline will be his downfall. Just patiently wait and see...
