LMPD officer suspended for Facebook posts sues chief claiming free speech violation

When you put a career administrative house mouse into the Chief's office, you get a command full of administrative house mice. They think their few years on a beat as officers long ago is all they need to run a division or the whole department.

We can't administrate our way out of this problem.

Most of the command will be gone shortly after the various court trials reveal all about this department. They will have to look hard to find somebody who's not implicated in the scandals.
