Couple things... LMPD has got to get stop sticks, teach PIT, allow rolling road blocks... SOMETHING, beside chasing until they run out of gas, crash or a real dept. stops them... 2nd that bet down WAS ********. Dont take it personal, handcuff him and be done... Embarrassed and uncalled for. I hope there are suspensions...
