Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership, dismisses council's criticism

I'm no rookie, ROD. JCPD and LPD both had their share of juvie criminals hired for the wrong reasons and I watched them go out the door 1 by 1. They would have gone to prison too if they worked across the county line in any direction. We all know Louisville courts loves its thugs too much to do that. Whenever departments get desperate to hire and ignore backgrounds and scores for affirmative action the same thing happens every time. It puts LMPD on the same level as the crooked BCSO sheriff hiring his corrupt deputy to run dope for Sinaloa.
