The feds can hit them with charges they won't walk away from

quickly. No parole, minimum sentences and must serve 85%. Jefferson County courts have some very weak judges if they decide not to or there's no federal crime involved. They should be charging for PFO every time its possible. If you need a reason, think back to when LPD was locking up fools for every felony possible and how fes murders there were. That

child would probably be alive if Chief Dotson's strategy was in use today instead of 15 years of playing Hug That Thug

I hear what you're saying. But the "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil" mentality is all well and good for you and yours, but what about a 7 year old boy shot and killed sitting at his kitchen table? He darn sure wasn't into crime. Just collateral damage? I don't have an any answers, but that's pretty sad.

What about the anonymous tip line? Give information and no one will know who the caller is. There's also a way to give an anonymous tip online. Just give any info you can and the police will take it from there and go as far as they can with it. Every little bit will help. Something you might not think is important could be huge to the police. Children should not be dying because people are afraid to say something that could ultimately save their lives. NOBODY should be dying, but when it's a child, that's just beyond senseless. Give your tips anonymously. Save lives.
