I've been around since Conrad was a Lt. The young people are no worse than LPD's or JCPD's young people were. They just need proper leadership and guidance in how to be police, which they're not getting these days. If anything, the ones coming out of the military has a lot more real life experience and courage than all the family legacies and quota hires of past decades. Don't get too used to living solely off the state checks because the retirement plan will be broke in a few years.
