Boel should be asking Burns, the commander of Metro Narcotics, FBI, DEA and the leader of the imaginary LMINTEL group to explain their failures to stop that dope too. 9th Mobile is just part of patrol. They just get to deal with it once it gets to bottom rung dealers on street corners.

YEA SAW THE JOHN BOEL STORY,9th mobile command was proud to show the pounds of marijuana, and other drugs taken off the streets, said the number of citations in the complex was up but not much.
He blamed it on the 9th mobile being assigned to hot spots, housing director blamed it on outside people.
Well if LMPD is serious about the problem easy fix. surround the place and then do drug sweep. Have undercovers stop the buyer AND ARREST THEM, NO CITATIONS.
Just excuses not to tackle the problem AND A 7 YEAR OLD DIES BECAUSE OF IT.
