They should spend that money on moving everyone back to 10 hour days with mandatory 2-hour workouts. Every member of LMPD should be working out 2 hours per day minimum with no exceptions. There are too many out of shape people here and that makes people lazy. The department can order people to work out even if they can't make them take a fitness test.
