If you want to stay in Louisville so bad!! Just transfer to Shivley or J-Town. So you don't have to go to another academy. Because LMPD will make you go to the academy again. LMPD and Lexington is basically saying that if you went to the police academy, in Richmond your certification is worthless to them.
