That's always been the perspective of the Mayor's political base living in the 5th Division. They still want to back the Mayor they elected, but the people further east do not because crime is way up from what it was just a few years ago. Conrad p1ssed them off parading his skewed crime data, then p1ssed them off more saying it was up to the citizens to protect their own property and to stop murders. Things are quickly coming to a head.
