LMPD :: Louisville Metro Police Department

LMPD has no business running a Narcotics/Intel unit anymore. This isn't a city problem, but a regional problem. The state legislature should require all organized crime cases be handed off to the state-run task forces. Louisville's lack of enforcement is causing crime to go up across the state. KSP has certainly not stepped up to the plate to lead any efforts in Louisville, but they'd be better at it than LMPD has been the last few years, so its about time for the legislature to order them to.
