LMPD has no business running a Narcotics/Intel unit anymore. This isn't a city problem, but a regional problem. The state legislature should require all organized crime cases be handed off to the state-run task forces. Louisville's lack of enforcement is causing crime to go up across the state. It's no theory, muchacho. All dope is brought in to Louisville by the bad hombres de Mexico these days. There are no more white guys going down to Colombia to pick up a load of cocaine like back when you were wearing that handlebar mustache and disco dancing.
