LMPD chief defends changes to department, says he asked mayor for more officers

The cartels are already in Louisville setting up shop. They ride up and down Broadway trying to figure out what abandoned stores they can open as a front business. I heard they are currently looking at the old Rueff Lighting store at Preston and Broadway. My friend retired from MSD and he said you could climb into any manhole cover on Broadway and there is a underground tunnel the entire length of Broadway. and it is big enough for a full size train. This is how the drugs from the cartels are coming in!!! Wake up Louisville!!!
