Yes it definitely sucks, but I wouldn't worry too much. The outcome of officer involved shootings and critical incidents will continue to be decided by PIU and the Commonwealth Attorney. The Police Accountability Board exist only to make these loudmouth morons feel like they're being listened to by the mayor and metro council. Basically it's just another way to appease them and keep them from whining too much. They don't have subpoena power or any other special powers.
