Detroit has thugs on its police force. When you celebrate the fact that these officers don't look or act like cops just remember it comes at a cost. Some people don't see a problem with that mentality which is why every so often you see a department like Detroit or Atlanta hit with a scandal involving several officers. You get what you pay for.
