White people, who control the media and laws, are the ones who characterize something a hate crime. As long as they didn't call the old hag a freckled face, bagel eating, horse haired, lice scalp, animal eye colored, paste face, no pigment, crusty mouth, varicose vein, bag of blood, then I don't see a hate crime here.
