Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of answers from LMPD about hiring officers

They could match pay easily by making drug-related seizures. There's more than enough out there to be seized. Nobody at Narcotics, FBI or DEA could honestly say they're doing more than making a snow cones out of an iceberg.
