The Commonwealth Attorney should charge every dealer and gang member with PFO whenever possible instead of letting them slide by like they usually do. They can easily upgrade charges based on the evidence, even if a liberal unicorn-and-puppies believer at the county attorney or LMPD hands them a weak set of charges.
