Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of answers from LMPD about hiring officers

Metro is keeping nobody with better options who's not tied down due to lots of family being here. This city is just a stepping stone now thanks to the way its been run. LPD and JCPD were widely considered the top notch departments in Kentucky, even though they weren't the top paid. Metro is just a sinking ship with some people running to liferafts and others playing the violin on the deck.
