Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of answers from LMPD about hiring officers

Someone please explain what retired major Jones job is for the city????? Is retired chief Hamilton's job so important he needs an assistant at probably 90k a year or more???? Add to the list the two retired colonels at 90k plus or more in jobs they have no business in either, and they knew a ton about the explorer scandal. On and on and on it goes.
