Black mold is bad but it is mainly just hype. Think about it. A species that has been around since the formation of Earth and suddenly in the past 30 years its becomes this threatening substance that has people running for the mountains, stopping home sales, and countless other unnecessary reactions. No! I am not saying black mold is good but people in general should not worry about it. Its so-called dangers were lobbied very hard in the 1960's by environmentalists who would profit from peoples' anxiety of black mold. Notice the word "mental" in the middle of the word 'environmentalists.
