bullschitt... I have made 100's of people killed in motor vehicle accidents in jefferson county in 25 years and short of being drunk, no charges are ever filed.. At fault drivers admit to speeding, running red lights, not paying attention, eating, putting makeup on and yes drivers have said "I was texting" and killed and innocent person and were not charged... So this officer should not be charged.
