Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of answers from LMPD about hiring officers

In Jefferson county anything goes. You can drive recklessly, kill people and the weak courts will slap your wrists if they're in a bad mood. They let gangland murderers out on the street with low bonds all the time and nobody's pursues most of those with felony warrants. Louisville Metro will have to hire bounty hunters like Snake Pliskin instead of police if this anarchy gets any worse.
