The Mayor says it is an insult to the men and women of LMPD for the council to call for the ouster of the Chief. I believe over 95% of those who voted gave Conrad a no confidence vote, so it would be just the opposite, would it not? Seems to me one ought to speak based on fact. I believe in stats class this was accurately called a proper representative sample.
