Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of answers from LMPD about hiring officers |
RE: Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of...
Your comment is unintelligible and the only thing I get from it is you didn't like LPD. Take your short man's disease to Facebook where other short-d1cked people may "Like" your comment.
LPD had a Gang Unit, Flex, Street Crimes and Metro Narcotics was much more active in those days. LMPD has a bunch of dressed down patrol officers in the 9th handing out free stuff half for newspaper photo ops much of the time. Narcotics is relatively inactive and Conrad even disbanded the airport unit so they can't even make easy K-9 cases there. There is a handful of detectives out there trying to catch bad guys. Nearly all of them are just doing reactive investigations. Chief White at least allowed the Flex units to continue and some of them did some good work, including major busts with federal agencies. Conrad has complete decimated the investigative capacity of LMPD and the murder rate shows. He was always known as an administrative house mouse all the way back to the late 1980s. That's not a man you make chief of police.
