Cant Aubrey take over LMPD if he wanted to under some KRS law. In Kentucky every other sheriff department in the state have a patrol unit. Why not JCSO. And why our sheriff call it an office and not a department? And, one more thing can DOCJT Richmond graduate transfer to LMPD without going thru an LMPD lateral academy.
