I was waiting for it.. 2012 wasn't LPD and it was 9 years after merger... you can't waive statistics in front of people and expect to be found intelligent.. if your statistics prove that policing was fine up until 2012 than for sure we can credit some of the LPD guys as well as those under LMPD
