No one in this city will ever say otherwise. I'm not a fan of Conrads, but you are absolutely correct. He'll take the fall. Heaven forbid the courts be held accountable. I would love to see someone sue the system because a loved one was killed by another that should have been behind bars. Of course it would not go very far.
