The beat cops are the SWAT guys report takers.

Yes they do. It has less to do with their SWAT training than the average LMPD officer having no rifle and little tactical training. They should add 3 more weeks to the academy for that and issue every officer a rifle like a professional and responsible command staff would in a city with a higher violent crime rate than New York City.

You have piqued my interest, what absolutely unique phrase have you come up with for when a "SWAT guy" backs you up on a run ? Bedazzle me!!! I like this game, what is it called when the mobile 9th does it, is it the same phrase, or are you really pushing your imagination?? What are you calling it when the violent crime (Make Lt. Hibbs a Major task force) task force does it?? I hope your creative genius isn't just for SWAT team guys.

I'm sure there are "hot runs" that require a report. Have them take the report. If two SWAT officers respond, then go 10-8 Its funny officers bit chhhhh about reports, accidents, business checks, metro calls, house watch etc. You can complete most reports in 5 minutes. I love the beat, love everyday at work, make runs on every beat and never complained... You could have to work for a living.
