James: Use of alternate ID to enter gay-friendly spa doesn't matter

That's the federal guidance talking not the O.P. PSU's job is to document misconduct not just to push people to resign. An investigation should be completed to rule out misconduct by other officers and help shield the city from liability should he apply somewhere else or re-apply to LMPD. If derogatory information isn't documented, then the department could get sued when someone mentions it during a background check for future police employment.

We are a compassionate city and everyone is welcome. We are all in this together and there should be no divide. I read it in the paper. Odd that the Mayor and Congress folks won't be there to greet our President. I am sure it is merely a scheduling conflict.
