I really don't understand what all the fuss is on being on call when your on a specialty team.....you volunteer for that team and knew what was expected if selected. If you get called out you get overtime...and if you don't like being on call get off the team, but getting overtime or making a full time team just because you don't like the on call part again get off the team. I use to be on a specialty team and enjoyed the extra training and the OT when called out but we never cried about being on
