Clearly you didnt read the post. 1st: I'm retired and dont want their car. 2nd: over the several years LMPD have got fewer MARKED CARS. 3rd: If you MARK all the cars like Philly.. LMPD would have 500 MORE marked cars on the street.. more visble and a deterrent
