ATTENTION METRO COUNCIL... Here is ONE thing you can spend budget surplus on right now to make a difference. Give take home cars after probation, not 3 years. That will get about 300 plus MARKED police cars visible in this city. I used to see police everywhere. I rarely see police ever. It will provide a visible presence, officer can and will respond, stop and help etc... taking 300 marked cars off the street is HUGE!!! and demand all division Sgt, Lts, Majors, ALL Training staff DRIVE MARKED CARS.
